Refund Policy – NestDecore

At NestDecore, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order if:

  • The item is damaged
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase/order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used products
  • Customized decor items
  • Clearance or sale items

Refunds

Once your returned product is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Exchange Policy

If your product arrives damaged, we offer a replacement at no additional cost.
